Due to the card being registered on the account not belonging to yourself, we are only able to return the amount deposited from this card. Unfortunately the MasterCard you have registered is not currently able to accept refunds.
As a result of this, we will require a bank statement which must be dated within the last 3 months for the registered card in order to return the deposit via a bank transfer.
